Yoga Group Classes - beginner - intermediate - advanced:

  1. Group Yoga Classes are 1 1/2 hrs.

  2. All classes  are ongoing.

  3. Classes include Asanas for whole body flexibility, breathing, relaxation and stress releasing techniques and Meditation.

  4. Students can start at any time.

  5. Providing there is room, you are always welcome.

  6. Tea is served at the end of class.
