  1.   INDIAN HATHA YOGA

          Stylized, classic poses (asanas) for all people, beginners to   

          advanced. Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and final
          relaxation (yoga nidra) work together to bring the mind and body
          into balance, peace, calm and joy.


  1.   TIBETAN YOGA

         The combination of animal and nature movements makes this  

          yoga unique. Relatively unknown outside of mysterious Tibet, 

          this Yoga puts the body through a series of flowing movements 

          utilizing distinct breathing techniques.  They are delightful and fun,
          while developing coordination and stamina all in the process of
          letting go, “wu - wei”.  Meditation and a deeply rejuvenating final
          relaxation period at the end of each class.

  1. YOGA INSPIRED DANCE
                Yoga is all of life, including dance.  Specific yogic asanas,
                 breathing techniques and concentration lead into a “wu - wei”,
                 a free expression dance of delight.  Meditation and a deeply
                 rejuvenating final relaxation period at the end of each class.

Yoga Instruction

GROUP YOGA CLASSES: These classes have combination of both Tibetan and Hatha Yoga styles. Tibetan animal and nature movements are free flowing and dynamic and a perfect companion with our Hatha Yoga.  At the end of each class there is meditation and a deeply rejuvenating final relaxation period (yoga nidra). 

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Your Private class can be held here in the Center or at your location. The classes will always meet your specific needs and interests. Healing Sessions are also available with your private class. This is a good introduction for beginners or those of you starting on the path.

PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL CLASSES

New Mothers and Baby Yoga Classes incorporate soft Indian music while mothers practice infant massage and Yoga together with their babies. The gentle soothing, calming movements and atmosphere will nourish your child. This lays a foundation for a child who will be happy and contented and he or she may acquire a love for Yoga.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

We are a small Yoga school with a powerful Yogic lineage.  The YTT Programs are ongoing throughout the year.  All are welcome to apply.

New Future Society Yoga School is recognized by Yoga Alliance and has 200 & 500 hour YTT courses, taught by Yoga Alliance certified,
500 hour E-RYT teachers.
